Charles River Associates (“CRA”) is requesting binding proposals from interested parties (“Bidders”) to acquire firm blocks of ZRCs and/or energy within the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. (“MISO”) region. CRA is soliciting interest on behalf of a MISO Market Participant physically located in MISO (“Buyer”) for:

• Up to 500 Zonal Resource Credits (“ZRC”) capable of clearing in MISO Zone 1; and/or
• Up to 500 MW of Energy and, if available, associated Renewable Energy Credits ("RECs").

The RFP is soliciting ZRCs and energy for each of the MISO PY2026 through PY2032 Planning Years. Competitive proposals for a combination of planning years will be accepted for evaluation. In addition, any combination of seasonal or annual offers will be evaluated and considered.

The buyer will only accept ZRC, Energy and REC bids for MISO Zone 1. In addition, DAH energy must be delivered to the MP.MP (preferred) or MINN.HUB MISO nodes.
